At East Lohman Veterinary Clinic, LLC our belief is to maintain a facility that is comfortable and efficient to our patients, clients, and our staff. We also know during these unprecedented times, Covid-19 is always a threat wherever we go and that is why we take extra precautions to ensure our facility is Covid-19 safe for you and our staff. 1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

2. We accept debit cards and most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) along with checks and cash.

3. When unexpected illness strikes, unexpected expenses follow.  East Lohman Veterinary Clinic, LLC understands this and is able to provide you with some alternatives to help you and your pet. One option is Carecredit. Not only can it be used for your doctors, optometrists and medications it can also be used at the vet office with no stipulations or rules behind it.  It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and if approved, will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments.  You can either apply on your phone here at our hospital or we can apply for you online. After completing your application you will find out within moments if approved and for how much. If approved they send you your card number to you immediately so there is no wait. Insurance For Your Pets

Another popular option for your family and pet is insurance coverage. We have many to choose from. They are:

– pet insurance is not a payment option for us, but instead to you. Full payment will still be due at the time all service is rendered. You then will submit whatever is asked of from your insurance provider and they reimburse you.

East Lohman Veterinary Clinic, LLC is aware of the vast amount of information available on the internet.  Our team has taken the time and evaluated the following sites.  We trust the information the listed websites provide to you, our client, and member of our family.

Walk-Ins: We allow walk-ins for our current clients and charge a $30 walk-in fee. It is a courtesy we give our clients when we do not have any appointments available. The increased fee is due to the fact that walk-ins Usually require us to stay after hours writing files and catching up. We fit walk-ins  between scheduled appointments, therefore it is hard to say how long the wait will be.  Our walk-in hours for current clients are Mon-Thurs from 8am-11am or 130-4pm  and Fridays from 1:30pm-3:30pm.

New Clients: For all new clients we require a $65.53 deposit, which covers the exam fee in order to make an appointment. This Policy was made because we have had too many new clients make appointments and never show up. Which leaves our current clients missing out on appointments. If you make an appointment and need to cancel, please give us more than 24 hours notice or your exam fee will be forfeit. This fee will also apply to current clients who routinely do not show up for exams.

Surgery Deposit: We are limited to how many surgeries we can do. We require a $50 deposit to schedule a surgery. This deposit keeps that surgery appointment scheduled for your pet and goes towards the balance of the surgical bill. This deposit is to prevent no shows, If you make an appointment and need to cancel/reschedule, please give us more than 24 hours  notice or your deposit will be forfeit. In order to schedule any type of surgery the patient must have a current exam with us. 

HeartGard and NexGard Prescriptions: It is our policy to have our clients pick up written prescriptions for HeartGard and NexGard if they choose to buy from an outside source. The reasoning behind his new policy is, we are getting a lot of request that have the wrong information , wrong dosage and we are getting multiple requests even though we have approved the prescription. The written prescriptions will prevent less mistakes so we can keep your pet healthy and safe and helps us reduce the amount of paper and ink we get from repetitive faxes. Also, our prices are competitive with all online pharmacies.

Lobby: Due to a limited amount of space in our lobby, we only allow three clients/patients to wait in the lobby at a time and will have a client/patient in each exam room. Payments and estimates will be taken into the exam rooms and then  the client will be guided to the exit door.

Pricing: Prices are always changing. Please ask for prices if you are unsure on the cost of medications, food, diagnostics and treatments. All payments are due at the time of services.
